Mimi's Cafe

I LOVE Mimi's Cafe! I went to lunch with my brother today. We split crab cakes, their version of a Reuben, and a Chicken Jack Ciabatta. All of it was delicious!

Can't stop eating Mexican Food!

We've been eating nothing but Mexican food lately. I can't get enough!

Crema fresca, salsa fresca, and cotija cheese

Chicken tacos with fresh cilantro, salsa fresca, and cotija cheese

Carne asada tacos with the regular fixins'

Mini quesadillas with beans injected with jalepeños and green chiles, and Tapatío

Saturday , March 27th.. Disneyland

We ate lunch at Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Disneyland. Food was surprisingly good for what it was. My dad had the chicken breast, my ma had the chicken burrito, I had the taco salad, and Tom + Rog each had the carne asada and red chile enchilada platter. The veggies were really fresh, and the meat was tasty!
